Hey there! My name is Joe. Twenty years ago I started developing leadership strategies, organizational designs, and getting very philosophical about what it means to be human.

These days, I focus on writing, independent consulting, and working with non-profits. Here are some of my core beliefs that might help you understand me better:

- Being a leader for the people around you requires you to have a deeper understanding of the commonalities within the Human Experience. Without it, you are throwing spaghetti noodles against the wall in the dark.

- Everyone has everything they need inside of them in order to succeed in any area of their life, it just needs to be teased out and leveraged consciously.

- If we work together and focus on the right things, there isn't any problem that the human race can't solve together.
